Our account managers are our clients’ guide to making interactive ideas a reality. They keep clients continuously informed of progress and ensure that our work hits expected deadlines and costs. More importantly, they make sure our clients have access to the right information, expertise and guidance throughout their relationship with One North. Along the way, they will proactively share best practices and trend information, in order to ensure an evolving digital presence. They will also bring together the right One North experts to help the conception and execution of a broad range of digital efforts.
As an Account Coordinator, Toni works with clients to support their needs, answering any questions they have and building their relationship with One North. She works closely to create solutions and ensure that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently.
As an Associate Account Director, Alex leads successful digital solutions for clients and works closely with creative, strategy and technology teams to ensure that best practices and the most innovative experiences are reflected in each and every project. His favorite Chicago spot is tailgating in the Soldier Field parking lot at 8 AM on a Sunday morning.
Joe contributes 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing and corporate messaging to the One North team. As Account Director, Joe is a consultative partner to our clients, using his strong communication, empathy and resourcefulness to help them identify the right approach and ensure clear, focused execution across creative, brand, strategy and technology teams.
As a Senior Account Manager, Zack employs a complete understanding of his clients’ web properties. He is their number one advocate within the walls of One North, and is always searching for ways to help them stay ahead of the digital curve.
Alyson is a Senior Account Director at One North, leading a cross-functional team of account managers and coordinators, developers and designers to support our clients' interactive goals. In addition to her passion for digital solutions, she loves to play Mah Jongg and go wine tasting, but not necessarily at the same time.
As an Account Coordinator, Justine is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships, using her can-do attitude to better understand client needs. With the best restaurant recommendations readily available and a knack for problem-solving, Justine works hard to provide best-in-class service for her clients
As an Account Coordinator, Julia utilizes her unique people skills and ‘je ne sais quoi’ to meet and exceed her clients’ expectations. With a positive and vivacious attitude, the only thing Julia loves more than fulfilling her clients’ needs is working with her crazy cool team members. After all, One Northerners (and Goonies) never say die. Julia holds a B.S. from the University of Toronto with a double major in Psychology and English.
As an Account Manager at One North, Eva proactively identifies and manages risks for client satisfaction and serves as the first line of support for her clients. As both a creative asset and a consultant to her clients, she is able to nurture the execution of extra-ordinary digital experiences.
As an Account Director for One North, Christie works with some of One North’s largest clients to realize the best and most effective interactive experiences. Along with more than 12 years spent in project management and client consulting, she also has a wealth of experience and knowledge in both cooking and wine.
As an Account Manager, Chris works with his clients to understand their business goals and help them determine the most effective and efficient way to work towards those goals. He oversees his projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and the highest level of support throughout. With advanced experience in both digital advertising and client services, Chris enjoys exercising his passion to help client’s grow their businesses.
As the Managing Director of Account Management, Bill ensures One Northerners go above and beyond for their clients to successfully deliver projects and results. With more than 15 years of client service experience, Bill has an adept and deep understanding of client needs and goals. Fun fact: he once spent a summer in college fishing on an Alaskan fishing boat.
As an Account Coordinator at One North, Julia primarily handles ongoing support requests from clients. As the first line of contact for clients at One North, all requests, feedback and concerns go to her, where her strategic eye and SEO expertise consistently come in handy.
Joy is a Senior Account Manager at One North, working as a client ambassador to achieve all interactive, strategic, communication and design goals while keeping her clients fresh and relevant in the progressive interactive space. Cammie Rasmuss is a Senior Account Manager at One North. She partners with her clients to strategize and execute impactful digital initiatives, with the goal of building a sustainable and scalable framework that promotes continued growth.

Matt Thomas is a Senior Account Manager at One North, ensuring the use of best practices and lessons learned from previous engagements and communicating client’s needs to creative, strategy and technology teams in order to develop the ideal digital experience. When he was younger, his dream occupation was to be Peter Pan.
As an Account Coordinator, Kendall partners with her clients to advise and enhance their digital projects. Kendall brings a positive attitude with experience in client relationship management and strategic planning to push excellent projects forward.
As an Account Manager at One North, Anne is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with her clients to understand their unique needs and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. With over four years of experience managing large scale technology implementations, her attention to detail and ability to proactively identify potential challenges allows her to help clients stay on schedule and within budget.
As Head of Digital Project Management, Jami guides clients through complex digital experiences, answering client concerns and challenges along their journey. Before becoming a One Northerner, her first job out of college was as a middle school English teacher. She still has a great fondness for sentence diagramming.
