The Client
Navigant, a specialized, global professional services firm with 5,000+ expert consultants and business professionals, serves clients primarily in the healthcare, energy and financial services sectors.  
 
The Situation
Navigant was looking to inform and engage prospective clients and potential recruits, as well as generate leads through actionable and relevant content. The firm hoped to optimize its user experience, using intuitive design, while simultaneously aligning the platform with Navigant’s new visual brand.  
 
The Strategy
Qualitative and quantitate research methods helped Navigant understand the needs and behaviors of its primary audiences and discover the most effective way to differentiate itself. User personas and user journey scenarios then helped to inform the site’s design and architecture. The website was implemented as part of a long-term digital roadmap, spanning multiple channels, designed to continuously elevate Navigant’s brand platform. 
 
The Results
The experience is focused on increasing awareness across Navigant’s capabilities. A “Get In Touch” panel at the bottom of several sections of the website drives visitors to contact Navigant directly, submit an RFP or sign-up for newsletters to stay informed. Overall, the site’s design serves as a catalyst for future evolution across Navigant’s digital touchpoints.
