Today marks the beginning of our 2nd annual Experience Lab event. We’re thrilled to have such a varied group of attendees this year; we have individuals from more than 40 different organizations, some of whom are traveling internationally, joining in our interactive experiment in new ideas. This year we’re also excited to welcome individuals from law firms, but also from other professional services organizations.
Our theme this year is The Relationship Game, and we’ll be exploring many of the strategies outlined in some of Kalev Peekna’s recent posts on relationship-based businesses and purpose-driven brands. We’ll also be joined by our keynote speaker David Rogers, Executive Director of the Center on Global Brand Leadership at Columbia Business School and author of "The Network Is Your Customer: Five Strategies to Thrive in a Digital Age." David will demonstrate how firms can use digital technologies to transform the relationships they have with clients and prospects.
Taking inspiration from TED Talks, our other speakers will focus on topics ranging from Client Services, Analytics, Context, Storytelling, Authenticity, Design, Communications and Collaboration. Follow the hashtag #1NLab13 for updates from their sessions.
