He graduated from Indiana University with a dual major in Operations and Technology Management, focusing on technologies that drive industry and how businesses are utilizing them.
As UX Strategy Manager, Jessica leads her team through discovery, research, IA and UX processes for clients, supporting a number of Strategists along the way. With nearly 10 years of experience in UX and IA, Jessica empowers clients while mapping solutions in a quest for key insights.
As a User Experience Strategist, Heather develops relationships with clients to better understand their problems, goals and user needs to create solutions that will support their business objectives. She strives to bring an understanding of people, their needs and motivations to intelligent design solutions by balancing creative design thinking with research and data.
As the Managing Director of Digital Strategy at One North, Sarah is responsible for the evolution of the Digital Strategy practice. Sarah is passionate about understanding her clients' unique business landscapes, objectives and challenges. She seeks to establish long-term goals, with connected measurement strategies, to steer optimization efforts and provide support for complex internal communications.
As a Senior Digital Strategist, Cathy partners with our clients to create and execute long-term digital strategy programs. Her background in User Experience design drives her to stay close to the needs and behaviors of target audiences through user research and testing. Cathy brings new ideas and data-driven insights to the strategic marketing programs she helps create and execute.
As a Data Strategist at One North, Ben supports clients by applying a strong data focus to marketing initiatives across channels and tools. Digital Marketing tools produce vast quantities of raw data, but often little direction on how to apply it to an effective digital strategy. Ben partners with our clients to streamline and optimize this process. He starts by gaining an understanding of each client’s unique goals and tactics, and guides them toward a strategic analytics program. He focuses on the creation of a meaningful feedback loop to help support and steer decision-making.
Kalev Peekna is the Chief Strategist at One North, leading the Digital Strategy team. He brings a cross-platform, user-focused approach to innovations in brand development, design, data analysis and technology, and helps clients apply those innovations to their strategic aims.
As a UX Strategist, John helps clients align their digital goals, analyze the current state of their digital presence and make recommendations on how they can strengthen their presence in alignment with those goals. John’s passion for analytics and problem-solving help him create compelling and effective digital experiences for his clients.
