One North is in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you will assist in the development and roll-out of digital marketing and sales enablement programs, inbound marketing efforts, recruitment marketing campaigns, program analysis and analytics, and event execution.
This position is required to be onsite 2 days per week at our downtown Chicago office.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will work to integrate and optimize both One North’s digital and traditional Marketing Communications efforts — with a focus on driving interest in our services.
Specific responsibilities include:
Digital Programs
- Website & Thought Leadership Content: Create compelling and engaging content — including website copy, blog entries, articles, and white papers — aligned to the agency’s strategic imperatives and vision. Look for ways to continuously expand our reach and improve our digital presence.
- Social Media: Collaborate with our social partner to develop and execute engaging social content and campaigns, including leveraging templates and other design resources to create accompanying visual assets.
- Events: Create lists and manage RSVPs, develop landing pages, send email invitations, and create and deploy pre- and post-show communication. Work to get all content and video from events on the website as appropriate.
- Case Studies & Collateral: Oversee the production of case studies, brochures, and other sales enablement tools (playbooks, battlecards, video overviews, etc.) designed to showcase the depth and breadth of our capabilities and inform both internal and external audiences. Manage any award submissions on behalf of One North and our clients.
- Email Communications: Create and maintain lists, develop and lay out newsletter templates, design and deploy campaigns, manage client communications, and track results.
- Analytics/Measurement: Gather and analyze results of marketing-related activities — including website and blog traffic, social media, event and webinar attendance, email marketing campaign success, and sales enablement efforts — on a monthly basis.
- CRM: Keep client and prospect lists updated on a regular basis. Work with Client Account and Sales teams to ensure we have the latest contact details. Continually develop and update strategic list segments and personas as necessary. Develop strategic plans designed to trach marketing influenced activity and opportunities.
Marketing Communications Programs
- Sponsorships and Speaking Opportunities: Manage sponsorships and logistics for tradeshows. Additionally, coordinate with subject matter experts to secure speaking opportunities and develop related content post-show.
- Recruitment Marketing: Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting activities, including editing job descriptions, developing social posts/campaigns and ensuring One North has the necessary materials for recruitment events.
- Collateral/Materials: Manage the production of collateral materials, including editing content and working with designers and printers.
- Internal Marketing and Communications: Manage the production of all internal marketing needs, including business cards, content for internal newsletters and intranets, employee headshots and bios, and other internal marketing-related communications and events.
